HEC Paris is a European business school located in the southern suburbs of Paris, France. HEC Paris is regarded as one of the most prestigious business schools in the world; it was ranked as the best business school in Europe seven times in the eight-year period between 2006 and 2013 in the Financial Times ranking. HEC offers a Master in Management program, MBA and EMBA programs, eleven specialized MSc programs, a PhD program, and many executive education offerings.
The school also offers special programs of study (certificates to which MBA students can also register) in five main areas: Social Business, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Energy and Finance, and Digital Marketing.
In terms of the admissions process, the school is unique in its offer of initial evaluations of candidates’ profiles and their chances for admission even before applying.
Every year in the month of May, the school hosts a big event called MBAT, which involves sport competitions with hundreds of participants from various European MBA programs. Recently, the school established an exchange program for students in cooperation with the MBA program at Tel Aviv University.
The school’s alumni network includes about 40,000 alumni, among them three members of the French government.
Once admitted into the HEC Paris MBA Program, you will have the opportunity to apply for HEC MBA Scholarships. Our scholarships are highly competitive; once admitted, you will receive guidance in applying for a scholarship from your Admissions Officer.
HEC Paris scholarships fall into various categories: merit-based or based on specific criteria, as in the case of the Forté Scholarship. In some cases, an essay is required. We are able to offer our students over €1,000,000 in aid every year thanks to the work and donations of the HEC Foundation.
After being admitted to the program, all scholarship applications are initially completed online. For some scholarships, applicants may be required to attend an interview and/or submit an essay. Applicants sponsored for more than 50% of their tuition fees are not eligible to apply for scholarships. All scholarships awarded to Double Degree students will be adapted pro-rata temporis.
All admissions decisions are made independently of an applicant’s financial situation. Awarded scholarships will be deducted from the last tuition payment. In addition, HEC Paris scholarships only cover tuition fees for courses taken on the HEC Paris campus.
