ESADE Business School offers and awards a considerable number of scholarships to outstanding Full-Time MBA candidates during their admissions process – we have up to 50% scholarships!

Most of these Scholarships are possible by the allocation of the Business School funds, as well as the generosity of our donors and alumni contribution. The aim is to recognize and encourage talented candidates applying to ESADE Business School.

There are two criteria in which the scholarship can be evaluated. The Talent criteria evaluates the academic excellence, personal achievements, proven professional acumen and a determination to influence the future of business.

The Need based criteria, not only evaluates the merit profile, but also the financial need of the candidate.

Please note that each scholarship includes a description that indicates the criteria in which the scholarship can be evaluated. In the event that the Scholarship can be evaluated in both criteria, you may choose one.

So anything related to social impact and diversity is very allgned with our values
but we were also founded by entrepreneurs so we have also entrepreneurial spirit!
Hi Noam! we ask for GMAT or GRE only during Covid time we had an alterative test (similar to GMAT but a bit shorter and you can bring calculator) so we offered this the last 2 years but if we are back to the new normal not sure we will still have it next year..... in any case its similar to GMAT so i recommend preaparing GMAT.... we have a very holistic approach in admission so its not the main criteria but if we are talking about scholarships then YES super relevant! Because when we give money we have to be very objective and that is the only true objective element .....
Elad happy that our values are alligned with yours !

Hi, can you tell us about possible scholarships at your school? Thank you.
Judith Puigbo
6/09 09:53PM
Sure! as i started mentioning before an important criteria is GMAT so the highest is he GMAT the best
Other criterias are: GPA, diversity that you bring (and we dont have that many students from Israel so welcome!)
Talent Scholarship can be up to 50% (in average is 20-25%)
Need based can be up to 70% (but honestly we give 3 per year) and you need to proof finance status

Hi, Can students work during the MBA?
Judith Puigbo
6/09 09:55PM
No...
Its a Full Time program and the issue is that there is a lot of team work so if you dont perform its not only your problem its your team problem!
We also have a part time MBA though!
3 days once per month on campus
that prorgam is a bit more senior...
MBA Full Time we require minimum 3 years working experience but in average people will have 5-6 years working experience
EMBA (Part Time) we require 5 years minimum people will come with 10-12 in average...
and regarding EMBA on top of the monthly format (3 days once per month during 20 months) we are also launching the new Hybrid where you ahve only 5 1-week trip to Barcelona (Spain) and Friday evening you have online classes
so this format would even be more compatible with your job...

Is there any big difference between applying in Round 1 or Round 2?
Judith Puigbo
6/09 10:00PM
But MBA Full Time is not an option to be working at least during 12 months then yes you could to an internship
Hope this answered your question!

Do you consider military experience as work experience?
Judith Puigbo
6/09 10:16PM
Good point!
In theory no.... but we have a very holistic approach.... if some candidate is border line (lets say has 2 years in stead of 3) and in the military services we can proof the role was quite strategic i think its something we can use in front of the Admission Committee.....
So i cant confirm 100% but i can tell that at least we can try sure!
We are aware that in Israel the Army is compulsory and very relevant
and you deal under pressure, strategy, leadership, etc....

Can my wife work during my MBA in Spain? We both have Israeli visas...
Judith Puigbo
6/09 10:21PM
Good question I mean as far as she finds a company willing to sponsor her working visa yes..... but not all companies will do so.... plus if she doesnt speak Spanish she will also have the anguage barrier I would target startups as they are more willing to sponsor visa to retain talent and usually English is offical language ......

Judith Puigbo
6/09 10:23PM
Hi Naomi yes before when i was mentioning that we promote diversity that also means in term of gender so we do have a scholarship for Women in Business.... but always with a good GMAT
(average is 650-660.... scholarsips will promote more over average GMAT)
